Club Subscription Packages - CS

Terms and Conditions

• Confirmation of chosen package including the site listing details will be sent in writing to the site owner. Site listing amendments must be made in writing to the Exempted Camping Department
• All subscription packages are subject to a 14 (calendar) day cancellation period. Cancellation of packages must be made in writing to the Exempted Camping Department.
• Certificated Sites that wish to continue advertising through the Club after obtaining a site licence via the local authority will be subject to a pro-rata price increase for the category of ‘Listed Sites’
• Certificated Site owners will not receive a refund should their site certificate be revoked by the Club for non-compliance of the Club’s terms and conditions, which are printed on the reverse of the site certificate
• The payment of subscription packages via invoice must be requested in writing/email to the Exempted Camping Department (Packages@campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk)
• Invoice payments for advertising subscription packages must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. Non-payment will result in the site listing being removed from our site database
• The Club will not issue refunds to site owners choosing to downgrade their advertising package during the term of their originally chosen package
• Site owners choosing to upgrade their subscription packages during the term of their originally chosen advertising package will be subject to a pro-rata fee – part months will rounded up/down.
• Where it is apparent that site listings have benefitted from the chosen subscription package, site owners will be subject to a £30 administration fee for any cancellations post the initial 14 calendar day cancellation period.
